Our luxurious Baan Sung Thai (Main Villa) boasts a comfortable capacity of 18 guests, offering spacious living areas, and breathtaking views of nature and the ocean.

In addition to the main villa, we offer three self-contained apartments that provide the perfect accommodation options for larger groups. By extending your group to include these apartments, the villa can comfortably accommodate a total capacity of 34+.

Whether you’re planning a family reunion, a special celebration, or a corporate retreat, our villa and apartments provide the ideal setting for an unforgettable experience.

Family Haven

Self-contained apartments at Baan Sung Thai Villa are not just for larger groups but are also available for separate rental for smaller family groups. Please note that we can only accept bookings up to 4 weeks in advance. These apartments can be accessible directly from the main entrance with an electric security gate, or via 25 steps connecting to the main villa.

There is a pool and large sundeck designated exclusively for the apartments, offering a private oasis for apartment guests. Whether you’re looking for a peaceful escape for your family or a cozy retreat with loved ones, our apartments at Villa Serenity offer the perfect setting for a memorable stay.

4 Bedroom Apartment

This apartment features a private wooden door that can be closed to separate it from the other apartments. In the 4-Bedroom Villa, three bedrooms are furnished with king-sized beds, while the fourth bedroom offers a queen-sized bed suitable for adults. The master bedroom features an en suite bathroom, while the other three bedrooms share a bathroom. Guests can enjoy the open kitchen/dining space and living room. Outside, a private terrace provides access to a swimming pool shared with the 2-bedroom apartments.

Master Bedroom

The master bedroom in the 4-bedroom apartment is equipped with a comfortable king-sized bed and is the only room with an en suite bathroom. It also features air conditioning and a flat-screen TV for your convenience. The other bedrooms in the apartment share a separate bathroom.

Bedroom 2, 3 & 4

The other three bedrooms in this apartment each offer comfortable sleeping arrangements. Bedrooms 2 and 3 feature king-sized beds, while bedroom 4 is furnished with a queen-sized bed. These three bedrooms share a bathroom located just a few steps away from each room for added convenience and comfort.

Living area and Kitchen for 4 bedroom apartment

This apartment offers a private kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator and a dining area. The living room features a flat-screen TV, a working desk, and a cozy atmosphere for relaxation. Step outside onto the 30-square-meter outdoor terrace, where you’ll find a second dining table and a comfortable sofa, perfect for enjoying the fresh air and outdoor space.

2 Bedrooms Apartments

Our two 2-bedroom apartments offer spacious 100sq.m accommodation with similar décor and large terrace areas, each featuring 2 king bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms separated by a kitchen and living area. Ideal for single families seeking privacy, the apartments also provide a shared terrace space for larger groups to dine and relax together, with access to a Large sundeck and swimming pool executively for the apartment guest.

Bedroom No 1 & 2

In Room 1 and Room 2, guests will find identical layouts featuring a king-sized bed with an en-suite bathroom, a sofa bed, and a flat-screen TV. These rooms are separated by a central kitchen equipped with a refrigerator and dining table, along with a living area.

Bedroom No 3 & 4

In Rooms 3 and 4, guests will find the same layout, each featuring a king-sized bed with an en-suite bathroom, a sofa bed, and a flat-screen TV. These rooms are separated by a central kitchen equipped with a refrigerator and dining table, along with a living area.

Living area and Kitchen for 2 Bedrooms Apartments

A common area that connects the two bedrooms, complete with a fully equipped kitchen, a bar counter, and a dining area for convenience. Outside, there is an outdoor terrace with armchairs and a table, easy to the swimming pool, which is equipped with sunbeds for soaking up the sun and enjoying a refreshing dip.
