Denise20 March 2026Had the most amazing 40th birthday for our daughter. Cannot speak highly enough of Jane manager for arranging shows flowers birthday cake and so welcoming to everyone. Staff at the house were accommodating and wonderful to all of us children included. Mini bus service first class and the included breakfasts every day were 5 star quality if there was a higher rating then 5 stars this magnificent accommodation would receive 10 out of 10 nothing to faultPosted on Google

Hanne Porse21 November 2025We have just come home after 8 days stay in the most beautiful villa with family and friends, after celebrating my husband 70th birthday. We had 20 guests staying in the villa. They were all impressed with their stay and the staff were amazing. They always smiled and they looked after us. The breakfast was so nice, they made the best omelette. Most evenings they cooked dinner for us, what was delicious. On our birthday dinner, we had a chef coming to the house, but staffed from the house helped serving the food and cleaned up as well. We had the table set up beautiful with nice tablecloth, gold runners, flowers and tealight. Even the pool had light floating around, candels in hurricanes and torches were lit as well. It was just so beautiful. There were plenty of nice seating around for everyone. There were an easy drive to Kamala beach for just a small amount, if you wish to do that. Staff could help you getting transport. Staff also clean your clothes, ironed your clothes, always with a smile. We could not ask for any better place. Thank you so much.Posted on Google

Luke Foreman20 April 2025We had our amazing wedding at the beautiful Bann Chang Villa- the whole thing was exceptional. From the venue, to the staff, the food and the bar, everything was faultless. Jane acted as our wedding co-ordinator and had everything in hand. We rented both Phuket Paradise Villas for guest accommodation, and Jane and the team took care of everything. A special mention to Roh, who produced the most incredible floral decorations from a few photos we gave her. The whole thing was also incredibly good value for money compared to other venues and packages. All of our guests described it as the ‘best wedding’ they have ever been to.Posted on Google

From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond with their kindness and helpfulness. They truly made our stay exceptional. The villa itself was absolutely beautiful, blending a contemporary yet old-school Thai aesthetic. The rooms and appliances were all updated, providing modern comforts in a charming, traditional setting. The location was also perfect—close enough to the beach and all the places we wanted to visit, making everything easily accessible. Communication with the hosts was smooth and effortless, which made the entire experience even more enjoyable. Overall, a fantastic stay that exceeded our expectations! Our group consisted of 10 adults and 12 children, and from the moment we arrived, we were enchanted by the villa’s beauty and charm. Situated atop a secluded hill, the villa offered breathtaking views of Kamala and the ocean, creating the perfect backdrop for our stay. The villa’s spacious layout provided ample areas for social gatherings, and our children were overjoyed to explore every part of the area, making it an adventure in itself. What truly set our stay apart was the incredible staff. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, assisting us with activity planning and accommodating special food requests. Gorn, the head of staff, deserves special recognition for her exceptional service and her wonderful interactions with the kids, leaving a lasting impression on our hearts. The villa offered a great deal of activities, but a few highlights included our memorable elephant encounter, where the kids delighted in feeding these majestic creatures. We also indulged in a thrilling Thai boxing experience right at the villa, which was a hit with both adults and children. Special thanks to the host for recommending the mesmerizing fire show that left our kids talking about it for days - a memory we’ll cherish forever. Dining at the villa was a culinary delight. With such a large group, we enjoyed delicious meals every day. The chef’s Massaman curry was a particular favorite, pleasing both young and old ones. In closing, we extend our heartfelt gratitude to the host and the entire staff for making this one of the best vacations of our lives. We are already looking forward to returning to the Bann Chang Thai Villa in the near future. Semere Estifanos8 June 2023Oh how I miss this Place. Heaven on Earth. I miss the swims. The late night shindig with friends. The superb view. The scent of the conditioner they use on their laundry and most of all the fantastic breakfast we had every morning. We had 4 staff attend to all our needs. Pool was cleaned. Food and guidance given. Masseuses came daily to check if anyone wanted a massage. Take me back. I can't recall the name of the ladies and the gentleman who take care of us but I would really like to thank them for making our trip heaven on earth.Posted on Google

Alison O'Neill20 July 2019Spent ten days here and it was out of this world. There were approx. 14 of us and there was still a spare room and beds. There are two magnificent pools. The staff were incredible - available and yet discreetly not there - was very clever. We had a birthday function and the villa looked magical. The food whether it was breakfast every day or the lunch and dinner meals it was fabulous. Highly recommend it. Would go back there tomorrow.Posted on Google

We had a great stay with the Baan Chang villa team looking after our every need. We were a family of 17 meeting up in Thailand as a midway location between family in the UK and Australia… for us we thought it would be an expensive holiday but it turned out to be excellent value. The food was exceptional….better than any of the restaurants when we choose to eat out, and excellent value. The villa team looked after us extremely well, Roh organised trips for us with Whichukorn, Phit and the villa team ensuring we were well looked after at the villa, they were there when we needed them but were uninstrusive giving us space to enjoy the family and the fantastic villa. Minibuses were always on hand with the villa being only a short drive to Kamala. Overall a fantastic villa with great staff in the perfect location for us…quiet yet easy reach to the beaches, restaurants and local facilities.Posted on Airbnb

James29 December 2025Baan Chang Thai is the best accommodation we have ever stayed in. No exaggeration! It is literally paradise. We booked this as a one week Christmas break for our extended family. From the moment we were picked up from the airport we felt looked after and completely at ease. The home is beautiful with everything you could ever want. Two amazing pools, gym, lounge areas and majestic views to Kamala Beach in the distance. Easy tuk tuk, Grab or villa arranged mini van to anywhere you need to go. Kamala Beach is only 10 mins drive away with a beautiful beach, shops and water sports. But the number one highlight about this place is the staff. They are incredible. From the onsite managers Gorn and Phit, to the amazing chef who cooked the best thai food we have ever had, to the cleaning staff, they made us feel so welcome and nothing was too much. And Stefan very kindly allowed us access to the pool and living areas on our departure day as we didn’t fly out until late. Thank you all so much!Posted on Airbnb

To begin, the communication with the host and the team was so smooth and they were very responsive to all queries. We recieved a lot of information prior to our stay on the facilities available which was very helpful.The villa itself was maintained to a high standard. It was cleaned daily including the pool. The aesthetic was pristine. The staff on site were extremely helpful and polite and breakfast included a wide selection off foods off high standards. We also purchased dinner which was delicious and recieved a lot of compliments off all the guests. Jane who was helping me with all the organisation while I am in Australia was fabulous. She helped me with everything I asked for, was very responsive and helpful. The staff were absolutely amazing and we all felt like a little family. Big thank you to Villa manager Gorn who never said no to any of our requests. The chef is fantastic!!! Breakfast was very generous and always freshly made. All our dinners and my birthday food was delicious! Villa was very private and felt like a home. Very clean and absolutely stunning! Raymond19 July 2024Had 16 people stayed at the villa. The villa had plenty of room for everyone plus more. The manager, Gon I believe was her name was awesome. She was responsive and always had breakfast ready before our tours. Second, Dada, the cleaning person always kept the rooms clean and the grounds spotless. Third, nighttime Peanut always was around to arrange drivers for us to enjoy the night. Finally the chef, forgot her name was always on top of her game. Love everything we ate. Sandeep22 May 2024Place was nice and the staff was very courteous. They helped us during our stay with all our needs. All rooms were clean and so were the common areas. Having the van helped us with transportation wherever we needed to go. One thing - unrelated to the place - please check the weather when going to visit other islands around Phuket as the speed boat transportation can get extremely adventurous in choppy waters.
